Test Manager

5 month contract with possible extensions

Perth WA - hybrid

$800 per day including superannuation.

Strong knowledge of the end-to-end testing lifecycle and methodologies, including functional, system, performance, and UAT

Altitude is seeking an experienced Test Manager to work with one of the most trusted and respected global professional services firms.

Ready to take ownership of testing for complex, high-profile projects? The Testing Manager will lead end-to-end testing activities, ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality standards. This is your chance to collaborate with passionate teams, drive testing excellence, and play a key role in successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules for system implementation projects
  • Manage all phases of testing, including functional, system, performance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure testing requirements are met
  • Lead the creation, execution, and documentation of test cases, scenarios, and scripts
  • Oversee defect management processes and ensure timely issue resolution

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Test Manager or in a similar role delivering system implementation projects
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end testing lifecycle, methodologies, and tools
  • Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking systems
  • Ability to drive testing governance and uphold quality standards
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
