Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Test Pumping Supervisor located in WA. The Test Pumping Supervisor will oversee and manage daily test-pumping operations. Responsibilities include coordinating testing activities, supervising equipment completion processes, managing automation and electronic systems, and monitoring pressure levels to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.

About the role

  • Supervising and coordinating test pumping teams and activities
  • Conducting regular site inspections, and daily interactions with the workforce
  • Ensuring continuous operations of test pumping work streams
  • Ensuring adherence to all statutory requirements and company HSEC standards and procedures
  • Working closely with the safety reps and field technicians to lead a proactive approach to safety
  • Populating accurate and timely reports
  • Supervising and 
    Maintaining and foster a working environment which prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding service test pumping teams and activities

About you

  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in mining
  • Proven leadership ability and people management skills
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience in mining
  • Strong focus on safety and fostering a zero-harm culture
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a mining environment
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high regard to safety
