The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep expertise in data testing, fraud detection systems, and test leadership, capable of driving quality at every stage of the software development lifecycle.

About The Role

  • Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy, including functional, non-functional, and data validation testing.
  • Manage and mentor a team of QA analysts, test engineers, and automation specialists.
  • Oversee all phases of testing (unit, integration, system, UAT, performance, regression).
  • Ensure robust validation of data ingestion, transformation, and analytics layers.
  • Provide dashboards, metrics, and defect reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, and fraud risk experts.
  • Drive automation initiatives and continuous improvement of testing practices.

About You

  • Knowledge of fraud detection techniques, rules engines, anomaly detection, or machine learning model validation is essential
  • 7+ years' experience in test management, with exposure to large data/analytics projects.
  • Strong background in data analytics, ETL testing, and data validation
    .
  • Experience with performance and security testing of analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira) and automation tools (Selenium).
  • Hands-on SQL experience and working with large datasets
