About the Role:
Located in Salisbury, we are a small, close-knit team, who are seeking a Full-Time Bookings Project Lead, to be part of our team.
As part of a busy team, you can contribute to the continued success of the business by working all aspects of Client Administration tasks including but not limited to:
Assisting with the administration and coordination of the day-to-day outbound and inbound operations, based in our office in Salisbury.
Building strong client relationships.
Frontline communication; answering phones, dealing with staff enquiries, responding to emails, creating and building client relationships.
Accurate typing and data entry into MYOB and rostering systems
Preparing, creating, entering and following up client quotations and bookings for Queensland, supporting NSW and Victoria clients as required.
General office administration as directed by COO
To be successful in this role you will need:
Advanced computer literacy skills across Microsoft platforms such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel.
A strong background in admin and medical event industry knowledge would be beneficial.
Ability to solve problems.
High attention to detail.
Your willingness to learn and your "can do" attitude.
Need to be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills, a strong customer focus.
Demonstrated ability to continuously build and maintain successful relationships with our clients.
Successfully manage a high volume of work, with competing deadlines.
Your excellent time management skills will enable you to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 08:45- 16:51 (38 hours) in office.
Flexibility is essential due to the changing needs of the business, specifically during event times, as required.
