Our Nedlands, West Leederville & North Perth centres are looking for educators to join them

The position entails:

  • Working up to 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30am to 6.00pm. Part-time also an option.
  • Work collaboratively with children and engage in an Atelier space central to each centre.
  • Developing, implementing and evaluating daily care routines and programmes for individual children and groups.
  • Building meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their care givers.
  • Embrace personal growth and quality improvement through learning and reflective procedures.
  • Work in accordance with food safety regulations and the National Quality Standards.

The Ideal Educator will have:

  • Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, hold an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification or be working towards a qualification.
  • Current Working with Children Card..
  • Valid Australian Working Rights.
  • Ability to build meaningful, trusting, and respectful relationships with children and their care givers.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with others.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated understanding of 'child safe' environment.
