Our Mulberry Tree Childcare Centres in Ascot and Cannington are recruiting for a strong, passionate and highly motivated Qualified Educators to join our well established and hardworking teams.

The positions are a full-time role, working Monday to Friday.

Who You Are:

We are looking for educators who promote children's education through their interests and plan learning opportunities therefrom. You will foster children's curiosity and create opportunities for children to grow and explore in small groups. The ideal candidate will value the wonder of early learning within our upcycled learning environments and guide staff in providing a fun, safe, high-quality service that aligns with the National Quality Standards and is true to Mulberry Tree Childcare's fantastic reputation. We embrace our children's love for learning and want you to concentrate on developing each child's trust and sense of security.

Relationshipsare important within our team, as effective teamwork provides stability, job satisfaction and helps us navigate the day successfully. We have events for our team outside work hours such as our End of year Expo, staff dinners and even nights away so we can relax and celebrate our successes together and further develop the bond between us.

Criteria:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA equivalent approved qualification OR be working towards your Diploma.
  • Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, CPR & First Aid certificates or willingness to obtain.
  • Current WWCC.
