Your Role:

  • Take ownership of a significant, established portfolio, delivering outstanding service while nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Become a key advisor to a range of clients—from small businesses to multinationals—managing complex accounting and taxation matters.
  • Seek out and drive new business opportunities, with the support of our Directors and Business Development resources.
  • Mentor and lead junior staff, guiding their development and fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Work with cutting-edge systems, a streamlined workflow team, and structured processes to support your efficiency and success.
  • Collaborate with multiple Directors who bring strong technical knowledge and are committed to supporting your leadership journey.

About You

  • Proven Experience: At least 4 years in public practice business services, with regular experience reviewing junior staff work and managing client relationships.
  • Leadership-Ready: You're looking for more than just a job—you want to step into a leadership role, build influence, and shape the future.
  • Relationship-Driven: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to foster client trust and grow partnerships.
  • Commercially Savvy: Confident identifying growth opportunities and contributing to business development.
  • Tech Confident: Xero experience is essential, with familiarity in XPM Practice Management Software a strong advantage.
  • Qualified: CA or CPA qualified.
  • Local Candidate: Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available).
