What do you :

  • Cash flow management including assisting with leaders with recording timesheets, processing payments & drafting invoices
  • Provide high level of administrative support to managers and their broader teams
  • Marketing support, coordinating events, website & social media
  • Co-ordinate weekly workflow meetings with team leaders and Managing Partner
  • Meet, greet and communicate proactively with clients
  • Coordinating presentations for external client meetings
  • General administration duties including actioning wider team requests and ad hoc tasks

Must Haves :

  • Excellent oral and written skills
  • Experience using Xero, MYOB, MS Office knowledge
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role
