YOUR ROLE

As one of the front-line people in our business, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our loyal customer-base and suppliers.

Reporting to the branch manager, your day-to-day activities will involve customer service, entering and processing orders, responding to customer enquiries, and actioning inbound calls regarding a variety of our products and services. Coordination with production team to ensure meeting customer requirements will be a part of the role. Your role is vital in delivering an efficient, accurate and timely service to all our customers.

ABOUT YOU

You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service which will see you thrive in this position, while your ability to manage your time will see you through your busy day.

The other essentials we are looking for are:

• Prior experience in a similar customer service role
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
• Technical aptitude
• Ability to work in a team environment

The following is advantageous but not essential:

• Product knowledge within the Safety industry
• Prior experience using PRONTO
