ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quality Control Officer to join the team in the Dandenong site. In this role, you will be responsible for multiple checks throughout the repair process and final inspection prior to delivery and return of vehicle to customer. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Perform final inspections on all vehicles ensuring all repairs are carried out to manufactures specifications and warranty provisions.
  • Carry out road tests and sensor tests where required.
  • Access body shell complaints under consideration of the manufacturer's specifications and warranty provisions

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the Automotive Industry is highly desirable.
  • Attention to detail, provide a high level of customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills being able to deal professionally with insurers, customers, and team members.
  • Ability to work in face paced environment and achieve service outcomes.
  • Appropriate Australian Working Rights.
  • Valid Driver's Licence
