Bibra Lake Western Australia MPI Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

MPI is seeking a highly experienced Document / Quality Controller for a 3–4-month contract based in Bibra Lake, with an immediate start. This Monday to Friday role offers 8-hour days and on-site parking. You will be responsible for managing document control processes across operational and project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient information flow.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage document control systems, including version control and retrieval
  • Track and update project deliverables, procedures, and reports
  • Distribute latest approved documents and remove obsolete versions
  • Coordinate document flow across departments, contractors, and suppliers
  • Manage transmittals, correspondence logs, and stakeholder communications
  • Ensure documentation meets quality and compliance standards
  • Act as point of contact for document control inquiries
  • Support teams with documentation needs as required.

About you:

  • Cert IV or higher in Business Administration
  • 3–5 years of experience in document control (engineering, construction, or industrial projects)
  • Proficient in document management systems (e.g. Aconex, SharePoint, Procore)
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and safety management standards
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic document control systems.
