About You:

You're detail-focused, organised, and passionate about driving quality and continuous improvement. You bring a strong understanding of compliance frameworks—particularly NDIS, NSDS, and broader quality standards and can translate these requirements into practical, service-focused processes. You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and are confident analysing data, identifying risks, and recommending improvements. You thrive in environments where accuracy, accountability, and a commitment to high-quality service delivery are essential. Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal audits against NDIS/NSDS standards and report on findings with improvement recommendations.
• Assist with preparation for external audits.
• Manage the Continuous Improvement register and provide monthly progress reporting.
• Maintain and update policies, procedures, forms, templates, and the legislation register to ensure compliance.
• Support updates to the Quality Management System (SharePoint) and related processes.
• Respond to queries promptly, collaborate with the team, and participate in meetings.
• Follow Code of Conduct, WHS requirements, and all organisational policies, including reporting incidents.
• Engage in ongoing training, performance processes, and complete other duties as required.

Essential Selection Criteria:

• Tertiary qualification in Quality, Disability or Community Services

• Previous Quality role experience, preferably in Disability

• Knowledge of NDIS Quality Indicators/Practice Standards

Desirable

• SharePoint system knowledge and experience

• Supportability database knowledge and experience

• WWCC

Additional Requirements:

• Two satisfactory reference checks

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance

• Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module

• Legal right to work in Australia
