Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist seeking a flexible role with a competitive hourly rate?

We have a fantastic upcoming temporary assignments available.

We are looking for candidates who can easily adapt and assist with critical business support functions, including:

  • Medical Receptionist duties
  • General office and clinic administration
  • Records management
  • Office support and management

The ideal candidates will have strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in relevant software. These roles require a professional demeanour and a commitment to providing excellent service to both staff and clients. A willingness to work up to 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, is essential.

Key Requirements:

To be considered for these roles, we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated experience providing excellent patient service, including booking appointments and accurately handling payments, billing, and claims.
  • The ability to manage patient records and communications with other medical professionals, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, problem-solving, and various user systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A current Working with Children (WWC) Check.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Two professional references.
