Are you a confident, passionate, high-energy sales gun looking to sell a proven, feel-good product that genuinely changes school communities? School Fun Run is the only provider of school-based colour fun runs to New Zealand schools We're looking for a true closer, someone who thrives on the thrill of the sale, brings infectious energy, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone, connect with school leaders, and make big things happen. This is a high-commission role, perfect for someone who's hungry for results and loves to celebrate big wins.

***** Work in SOUTHPORT from 6AM to 2PM Brisbane time.

***** This is a sales role for the New Zealand market so its based on NZ time.

Here's What You'll Be Doing:

Cold calling to sell our Crazy Colour Day Fun Run as a fundraiser to schools across New Zealand
Driving outbound call activity with confidence and charisma — phone-first approach
Building relationships with school principals, teachers, and P&C groups
Customising fun, simple and profitable fundraising solutions for Kiwi schools
Owning your sales targets with pride, purpose and a proven system behind you

What We're Looking For:

  • A track record in outbound sales (bonus if it's B2B, education, or events)

  • Confidence, resilience, and natural charisma; you light up on the phone, show real curiosity with the customer, and really care for their interest.

  • Energy that doesn't quit and a drive that never stalls

  • A love of helping others win, especially parents and school communities

  • Someone who thrives in a team but owns their results like a boss

  • Comfortable working from our HQ on the Gold Coast (sorry, no remote roles)
