**SALES REPRESENTATIVE**
**Location**: Southport, Gold Coast, Australia
**Shift**: Day shift/Full time

**About this role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Attending booked meetings through Teams in your calendar and pushing leads successfully through the sales funnel.
- Generating and managing your pipeline of leads and opportunities daily.
- Achieving monthly sales targets (closing approximately 3 new accounts per week).
- Managing customers’ expectations for the seamless handoff to our Customers Relationship team, setting our customers up for success by selling with integrity.
- Responsible for entering and maintaining accurate information in our CRM.
- Attend necessary conferences (some travel is required in this role)
- Following a built and proven sales process.
- Perform other projects and duties as required.
- This role provides a base salary + commissions + super - OTE exceeding $100,000
**Qualifications / Skills**:
- At least 4 years' relevant experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of success
- Positive attitude with a competitive drive to win new business.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding KPI’s.
- Experience creating urgency, shortening sales cycles, and understanding the importance of your own conversion rates.
- Proficiency in computer software systems such as teams, outlook, CRM’s, and Sales Navigator.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills required.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- You learn fast, work fast, and thrive in an agile work environment.
- Knowledge of outsourcing or the accounting industry would be a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
