About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and analytical
Data Scientist
to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will use data to uncover patterns, develop predictive models, and provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with business, engineering, and product teams to translate complex data into clear, measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Develop and implement predictive and machine learning models to solve business challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data-driven strategies and KPIs.
  • Communicate findings through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across multiple sources.
  • Stay current with new analytical techniques, technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, modeling, or applied machine learning.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong foundation in statistics, data mining, and predictive modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Ability to translate complex technical results into practical business insights.
