About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and forward-thinking
Data Scientist
to join our data and analytics team. This role focuses on transforming large and complex datasets into actionable insights that guide strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will apply statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques to solve real-world challenges and drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.
  • Build and optimize predictive and statistical models to support business goals.
  • Design machine learning algorithms for forecasting, classification, and optimization.
  • Visualize and communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
  • Validate model performance and ensure continuous refinement.
  • Stay up to date with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in data science.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning roles.
  • Proficiency in Python or R, and experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, or TensorFlow.
  • Strong SQL knowledge and experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with deep learning, NLP, or recommendation systems is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing and experimentation design.
  • Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
