About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Finance & Administration Officer to join our professional and growing Accounting/Finance team. This role blends traditional finance responsibilities with general office administration and procurement support. If you are detail-oriented, highly organised, and motivated to deliver accurate results, this role offers a unique and varied opportunity to contribute within a forward-thinking agricultural environment and great team.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts

· Process and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

· Complete credit card and bank reconciliations.

· Prepare and enter general journal entries.

· Assist with end-of-month journals and balance sheet reconciliations as requested by the Finance Manager.

Procurement & Administration

· Assist with sourcing goods and services, follow up on deliveries, and receipt goods in the ERP system.

· Support general office and administration duties, including answering phones and other tasks as required.

· Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and reliable professional who thrives in a hands-on role. You will bring:

Essential

· –5 years' experience in a finance or administration role.

· Practical knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, and reconciliations.

· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or equivalent accounting/ERP software.

· Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 suite.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and work independently or as part of a team.

· Teamwork experience.

Desirable

· Previous experience in an agricultural or medium-sized business.

· Familiarity with process improvement or system implementation projects.

· Ability to liaise confidently with senior managers, vendors, and external stakeholders.
