Who are we?

Searles (an Evergreen Garden Care Company) is a wholesale business operating for over 46 years which specialises in the manufacturing and distributing high-quality gardening products including growing media, fertilisers and plant care. Searles is renowned for high quality, performance and innovation, and continuing to build a strong presence in the Australian market whilst maintaining a high focus on customer service. Searles recently joined the Evergreen Garden Care Australia family which has provided us the ability to build upon our already respected and well-known reputation for being a well-respected household name.

What are we looking For?

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer

Duties

  • Process customer orders/invoices
  • Answer phones
  • Data entry
  • Communicate with internal and external customers
  • Administrative support

The successful candidate will also have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 2 years experience in a customer service role
  • High level of computer literacy including the use of Microsoft Suite
  • High level of attention to detail

Applicants must be available Monday-Friday, with a spread of hours from 7am to 6pm and READY TO START.
