The Details

We're offering a solid starting base salary of up to $65K plus Super (based on experience), with quarterly salary reviews, and here's the best part: the commissions are uncapped, our top performers are earning over $130,000 a year You'll be working Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM - no weekends or roster. The start date is January 27th, and you'll be based in our modern office right in the Brisbane CBD.

This role suits someone who genuinely thrives on the challenge of cold calling and is motivated by seeing their direct efforts translate into high commission earnings. This role demands high-level resilience and exceptional communication for high-volume calls and objection handling. *What You'll Do*

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls (approx 200 calls per day).
  • Introduce the value of health insurance comparison.
  • Generate genuine interest and build rapport fast.
  • Master objection handling and demonstrate resilience.
  • Qualify high-quality leads for Sales Agents.
  • Achieve daily and weekly KPIs.

*What You'll Bring*

  • Proven cold calling or B2C lead generation experience (preferred).
  • Tenacity and resilience to thrive on the phone all day.
  • Strong financial motivation and hunger for results.
