Job Description

Be part of the transformational Rockhampton Ring Road project — a major upgrade to the Bruce Highway that will improve freight efficiency, flood resilience and travel times across Central Queensland. Join our team onsite and help deliver one of the region's most significant infrastructure projects

How you'll make a difference:

  • QA check all documentation for numbering, revision control, formatting, titles and legibility
  • Receive, track and issue design documentation from contractors and internal teams using nominated contract administration software
  • Support the preparation and formatting of project reports, meeting minutes and deliverables
  • Liaise with clients and project teams to ensure documentation is processed smoothly, meetings are scheduled and general office operation is organised and well maintained.

  • Previous admin experience, ideally with exposure to document control or project-based work
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio)
  • Familiarity with document control systems (TeamBinder experience is a plus, but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset — you're proactive, organised, adaptable and happy to pitch in wherever needed (a mindset of "getting the job done").

Please note this is a onsite role.
