We move quickly and need someone who can come up with fresh ideas regularly. Think of it as designing happiness—one Yo-Chi-filled space at a time.

About Yo-Chi

Yo-Chi was born from the idea of bringing together delicious frozen yogurt, endless toppings, and an infinite flow of good energy, all in a space where people of all ages can connect. Since opening our first venue in Balaclava in 2012, we've grown to 60 locations and are gearing up for an even bigger 2026. About the Role

The Interior Designer will help lead the design of our venues, creating bespoke concepts that capture Yo-Chi's signature warmth, energy, and inviting atmosphere. Partnering closely with our Design Director, you'll bring ideas to life through design, material sourcing, and selection - ensuring every new Yo-Chi space is a place people love to visit.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing and executing interior design concepts that align with Yo-Chi's brand vision.
  • Managing venue design projects from concept to completion with high-level guidance from the Design Director.
  • Sourcing finishes, lighting, and materials to create cohesive, brand-aligned spaces.
  • Managing external contractors and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
  • produce unique material boards and full venue designs on quick rotation.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years' experience in interior design, ideally in retail or hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of branding in physical spaces and customer experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Experience sourcing Australian materials.
  • A detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with a love for creating beautiful, functional spaces.
