**About the Team**:
Commercial is a large but close-knit group. We bring diversity of thought, backgrounds and experience to every business unit at Coles Supermarkets, Liquor and Express. **About the Role**:
This brand-new role will oversee the design and documentation of projects related to our business transformation rollout. Using your background in design you will create feasibility sketches, concept plans and presentation drawings that will help create the future of Coles customer service

You will also:

- Co-ordinate and manage rollout programs including Service Transformation to ensure delivery on time to all Stake holders
- Oversee the upgrade of our checkout areas with a focus on modernising and innovating our customer checkout journey
- Manage the review and approval process of all projects with a lens of best practice, processes, and standards
- Partner with Coles Project Managers to ensure all stores are opened to the signed off agreed plan, with latest Coles standards on time and within budget
- Manage and support various stakeholders across multiple projects

**About you and our skills**:
You will have:

- The ability to produce and review project concept plans, documentation, and presentation drawings. Preferably within a retail environment
- Experience using design software (ie Revit & AutoCAD)
- Knowledge of architectural standards and construction details to ensure compliant project delivery
- Qualification in Architecture or Interior Design highly regarded
