Are you ready to join a winning team and make a real impact at PUMA? We're on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Executive to sprint alongside our Finance team in Australia and New Zealand

About the Role: As an Accounts Payable Executive, you'll be the playmaker, ensuring that our suppliers are paid on time and our financial records are spot-on. Your goal is to keep our operations running smoothly, just like a well-coordinated team on game day.
 

Your Key Plays:

  • Reconcile and Pay: Handle supplier statements and ensure payments are made within the agreed terms—no penalties, just precision

  • Maintain the Playbook: Keep our supplier records in top shape, ensuring accuracy and reliability at all times.

  • Drive Efficiency: Continuously improve our Accounts Payable systems and processes, pushing for peak performance.

  • Build Strong Partnerships: Manage relationships with our suppliers, making sure everyone stays on the same winning page.

  • Keep the Records Tight: Organize and maintain documentation for internal checks and external audits, ensuring everything is in perfect order.

  • Assist with Innovation: Support process improvements and system implementations that keep us ahead of the competition.

Experience & Skills:

  • IT Skills: MS-Office knowledge (Word, Excel)

  • Professional Experience: Over 5 years in a high-volume accounts payable environment

  • Industry Experience: Experience in the FMCG industry is a big plus
