As a Manager you'll be the face of our café, delivering exceptional customer service while crafting high-quality coffee and beverages. You'll create a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensure every customer leaves with a smile (and their perfect coffee).

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Greeting customers with a friendly attitude and taking orders with a smile
  • Crafting delicious coffee and beverages to perfection
  • Providing quick, efficient, and friendly service
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Engaging with customers, offering recommendations, and creating a great café experience
  • Handling transactions and ensuring smooth service during busy periods
  • Running the day to day of the cafe including ordering and rosters.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous barista experience
  • Previous management experience
  • A passion for coffee and customer service
  • A friendly, outgoing personality with great communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay positive under pressure
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
