**About the Role**

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and building strong partnerships across a national logistics network, focusing on our Regional network?

Bega Group is seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy National Distributor Network Leader to lead our distributor network operations and support regional growth through relationship management.

**Head office is Docklands however this role can be based in any of our sites around Australia.**

**Responsibilities**
- Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with COR, OH&S, and Cold Chain standards.
- Support distributor network operations to enable cost efficient, safe and high-quality product distribution.
- Resolve systemic logistics issues and drive delivery performance improvements.
- Manage service fees, remote freight, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Support strategic development and collaborate cross-functionally for continuous improvement.

**About you**
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive value from distributor P&Ls.
- Proven planning, prioritisation, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Deep understanding of logistics distribution models and route-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency in COR compliance, reporting, and network strategy.
