About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Electrician to join our maintenance team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the diagnostics, servicing, and repair of plant and earthmoving equipment to ensure it's safe, reliable, and fit for purpose.

Working closely with the production team, you'll prioritise tasks to keep downtime to a minimum and ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Stand-Out Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Diagnose faults and carry out electrical and mechanical repairs
  • Prioritise tasks in line with production schedules and safety requirements
  • Perform pre-start checks and inspections on plant and equipment
  • Conduct basic fabrication, air conditioning diagnostics, and repairs when needed
  • Strive for zero damage and ensure environmental policies are followed

About You

  • Trade Qualification - Electrical Fitter Mechanic (or equivalent)
  • Current LVR/CPR certification
  • QLD Class C Driver's Licence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Commitment to safe work practices and environmental compliance
