Norgroup is a trusted Northern Territory-based contractor delivering quality projects across multiple sectors. We're currently undertaking a range of electrical works on Groote Eylandt and are looking for qualified Electricians to join our team.

Now Hiring – FIFO Electrician

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to support ongoing electrical works across various projects on Groote Eylandt.

The role includes performing electrical works with a focus on safety, quality, and reliability.

The Role & Roster
  • Position: FIFO Electrician
  • Location: Groote Eylandt, NT
  • Roster: 7/7 even time (FIFO from Darwin or Cairns)
  • Accommodation & Meals: Provided on site

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Electrician)
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Ability to work unsupervised and deliver high-quality work
  • Willingness to support other trades where needed

Desirable:

  • Previous experience on remote or mining projects
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Preferably based in Darwin (FIFO from Cairns also available)
