The Role

We are quickly building a leading reputation in the industry through our people and portfolio, with our key focus being on-premise and independent retail channels. We are currently looking to fill a Sales Manager role in Melbourne and surrounds.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales and business partnerships across key channels of on-premise and independent retail.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • The development and maintenance of business partnerships with existing and new customers
  • Developing sales through leveraging the OFWM broad portfolio across key customer channels
  • Identifying opportunities to drive promotional activity both with our trading partners and their consumers
  • Managing profitability and overall performance of your agreed business area

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years proven sales skills and experience ideally in the wine industry, with a record of success with your current and previous customer relationships
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated experience in developing promotional activities and incentives
  • A current Australian driver's license & good driving record
  • RSA Certification
  • Computer literacy – online ordering and developing customer presentations
