We are looking for a skilled & reliable individual to join our modestly sized, and locally run company in the Inner West.

We have a few crews of several different trades within our organisation. We have been experiencing sustained growth over the past 2 years, and we are serious about expanding our gardening team.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for the enhancement of high-end residential gardens. Much of our work focuses on revitalising the gardens of homes going on the market. You'll be transforming tired, overgrown outdoor spaces into clean, tidy, sale-ready gardens.

In between these bigger projects, you'll help maintain regular clients' lawns, hedges, and general yard care to ensuring each garden is thriving.

Key Responsibilities:

Clear back & tidy overgrown hedges, trees, lawns, and decorative plants

Plant, fertilise, and mulch garden beds

Identify and treat plant pests and diseases

Maintain & operate gardening tools and machinery

Work with colleagues to ensure safe work environments

Document before, during, and after with our Job Management System (Ascora)

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in residential or professional gardening
  • Strong plant knowledge (ornamental plants, perennials, shrubs, trees)
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
  • Valid driver's license
