We are an Australian owned and operated manufacturing company supplying market-leading brands Nationally and Internationally.  TRHC is well-established and we are currently taking applications for a talented individual to support our GM and National Operations Manager.

The Role

We're looking for a PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment to provide efficient and effective administrative assistance and support to the leadership team.

Someone who can anticipate, and be one step ahead of requirements, who is prepared to make decisions where needed and respond to/coordinate tasks as required.

General duties include…

  • Organisation/assistance with presentations, travel, events, functions and general calendar management.
  • Professional, timely, confidential, and effective delivery of internal/external customer service.
  • Be a point of contact and professional representative.
  • Liaison with internal teams to ensure cohesive delivery of tasks.
  • Maintenance and updating of critical registers.
  • Building maintenance & services coordination.
  • Report scheduling on a weekly/monthly basis.

About You

You have a minimum five years' experience in a similar role at a senior or management level.

Possess a proactive business mindset with proven stakeholder and customer engagement.

Understand the need for a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, professionalism and confidence.

Have a demonstrated ability to take charge without direction to get the job done with a high level of efficiency and (of course) accuracy.

Display strong organisational and time management skills along with the ability to be agile and efficient in prioritising tasks.

Have excellent computer skills and knowledge working with Microsoft Office systems and data bases.

Exemplary written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Have an enthusiasm to be part of a fast paced and high functioning team.
