**About us**:
T.C Boxes was born with the simple objective of providing safe, reliable and secure storage solutions to tradies of Australia. As T.C Boxes grew, they found it was not just trades who needed toolboxes, Campers need canopies, hunters needed dog boxes and a few of us just needed somewhere to put things on the ute. T.C Boxes product range has continually developed over the past 3 years to be the most extensive toolbox and canopy range in Australia.

**Overview of Role**:
Working with T.C Boxes, our Warehouse Assistants support in the picking and packing of online and wholesale orders.

You must have a strong work ethic and an ability to think on your feet. You must have the confidence to work independently when required, but also comfortable in taking instruction with a positive attitude.

**The role**:

- Monday-Friday work week, with rotating Saturday roster and overtime available
- Work with a fun, down to earth team who share a common interest in 4X4 and the outdoors
- Prepare store orders and process stock for dispatch to stores, online customer orders and wholesale stockists.
- Assist customers with collection of orders and provide amazing service
- Comply with OH&S guidelines
- Assist with stock-take and general stock-control
- Receive stock shipments/deliveries and organise stock within the warehouse
- Create positive and productive working relationships with your team, customers and delivery partners
- Unloading containers and arranging stock
- Assist in warehouse administration as instructed

**Must have**:

- Can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Be highly motivated and hard working person
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
- Be highly organised and have great time management skills
- Warehouse experience - _preferred but not essential_
- Forklift license with Reach Experience would be advantageous, but not essential
- Strong initiative and the ability to problem solve
