About Us

Trippas White Group is proud to launch See See Bar Sydney, a new cocktail bar located in the Porter House building. With a focus on late-night drinks, wine and exceptional service, See See Bar will deliver a lively yet refined hospitality experience.

About the Role

We are seeking Casual Wait Staff to join the opening team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with guests, thrives in a busy environment and has an interest in wine and cocktails.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional table and floor service in a bar setting
  • Assist guests with beverage and food selections
  • Work as part of a dynamic FOH team
  • Ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment for all guests
  • Maintain sharp presentation and customer-first service at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Valid RSA and valid visa to work in Australia
  • Previous experience in cocktail bars or premium venues
  • Excellent presentation, punctuality and responsibility
  • Strong teamwork ethic and proactive attitude
  • Wine and cocktail knowledge
  • Availability for late nights, weekends and public holidays

Pay: $33.38 – $66.75 per hour
