About House Made Hospitality:

House Made Hospitality is a Sydney-based and globally-inspired hospitality group, with people, quality and care at heart.

Since opening Hinchcliff House in early 2021, we have grown to operate 17 distinctive venues and have exciting new sites under development, reflecting our commitment to contributing to exceptional eating and drinking experiences in Sydney and Australia.

At the end of 2024, in collaboration with the newly renovated Sydney Sofitel Wentworth, we opened four venues looking to redefine what restaurants located in a hotel can provide to the Sydney dining scene - Tilda, Bar Tilda, Wentworth Bar & Delta Rue. As we continue to build we are now looking for experienced section waiters at Tilda who are truly passionate about developing in hospitality to join us and play an integral role in driving and establishing this new venue.

About the Venue:

Delta Rue

Delta Rue is striking and bustling restaurant on level 5 of the Sydney Sofitel Wentworth with Vietnamese-French cuisine. Delta Rue evokes the faded old-world elegance of Hanoi's Old Quarter in the 1920s, offering a piece of unique escapism to our guests. An extensive and wide reaching wine list compliments the bold flavours to help provide a distinctive experience unlike any other in Sydney.

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced section waiters with a warm, friendly guest-focused approach to join our front-of-house team. Ideal candidates will enjoy working in a bustling work environment, and uphold a steadfast dedication to delivering outstanding service. Join our inviting and relaxed ambiance, catering to a diverse clientele including busy professionals, families, theatregoers, large groups, romantic evenings, and everything in between.
