About Us

Trippas White Group is opening See See Bar Sydney, a sophisticated new cocktail bar located in the Porter House building. Specialising in crafted cocktails, premium wines and late-night hospitality, See See Bar will be one of Sydney's most exciting new venues.

About the Role

We are looking for energetic Casual Bar Staff to join the opening team. You will deliver outstanding drinks and service while creating a fun and vibrant atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities

  • Mix and serve cocktails, spirits and wines
  • Deliver exceptional bar service in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist in maintaining stock, cleanliness and set-up
  • Uphold RSA and compliance standards at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Valid RSA and valid visa to work in Australia
  • Experience in cocktail bars or high-volume bar environments
  • Excellent presentation, punctuality and responsibility
  • Strong customer service skills – our number one priority
  • Wine and cocktail knowledge
  • Availability for late nights, weekends and public holidays
