The Opportunity

Downer's Energy & Utilities team is seeking qualified Mechanical Fitters for a full-time FIFO role on an Oil & Gas project in the Surat Basin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a long-term project with a highly desirable 18/10 roster, flying from Brisbane.

About You 

  • Trade Qualified: Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade
  • Safety Focused: Construction White Card, Working at Heights (RIIWHS204E), Gas Test Atmospheres (MSMWHS217) – within 3 years
  • Experienced: Proven background in Oil & Gas or heavy industrial projects
  • Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a crew
