About The Role
We're all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Digital Analytics Analyst, you'll work with agile squads and stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that shape our digital products and journeys. You'll design, build, and maintain analytics dashboards and reports, support optimisation activities, and ensure data governance in a highly regulated environment.

Day To Day, You'll

  • Work with stakeholders to identify and verify tracking requirements are captured and delivered to standard
  • Champion data governance through clear documentation of tracking standards, metrics and definitions
  • Analyse enterprise and behavioural data from platforms like Google Analytics, Big Query, Databricks, Qualtrics and Adobe to uncover trends and insights for digital product optimisation.
  • Work as part of an Experimentation Centre of Excellence to build a culture of data-led improvement and conversion-rate optimisation.
  • Build reports and dashboards to measure performance and support product optimisation
  • Support risk management through clear and quality control processes, escalating issues as needed.

but we would be happy to consider candidates in other locations too.

About You
It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

  • You've got a tertiary qualification in technology, science, mathematics, business, or equivalent experience.
  • You have experience working with digital analytics in a complex enterprise (e.g. Google Analytics, Big Query, Databricks, SQL, Adobe)
  • You're a structured problem solver with strong analytical and consulting skills, and you communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • You're great at building relationships, handling conflicting priorities, and persuading others to consider new perspectives.
  • Experience with experimentation and conversion-rate optimisation.
