At the City of Armadale, we're looking for someone like you – a reliable, practical operator who knows that great waste services start with attention to detail, pride in your work, and a commitment to doing it right. We're not just collecting bins – we're building smarter services. And you'll be part of it.

What the role looks like

•    Deliver and maintain bins across the City – safely, efficiently and on time 

•    Operate trucks and equipment as part of our resource collection team 

•    Record services, repairs and customer requests using our systems 

•    Keep our streets, recycling stations and depots clean and in good order 

•    Be part of a team that values safety, performance, and public service 

You're someone who…

•    Has worked in waste, driving or operations and wants to grow 

•    Holds a valid HR licence and White Card 

•    Can lift, move and repair bins safely and efficiently 

•    Has good attention to detail and takes pride in a job done right 

•    Knows the suburbs and enjoys working outdoors and independently 

•    Can work as part of a team and support others when needed
