- Prepare weekly team meeting agendas and assign chairs and minute takers

- Build strong working relationships with Regional Managers, Centre Managers, stakeholders, and fellow PAs
What sets you apart?
You're the kind of person who keeps everything running smoothly, calm under pressure, quick to adapt, and always thinking two steps ahead.
You're not just organised, you're resourceful, collaborative, and genuinely enjoy making things easier for others.
- Experience supporting multiple leaders
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills—especially Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Comfortable managing travel bookings, expenses, and approval
