You'll bring to the table:
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, or Psychology, with at least 5 years of experience leading L&D teams in a large, complex organisation.
Expertise: Deep knowledge of the full learning cycle, adult learning theories, instructional design, and supporting technologies.
Strategic & Operational Thinking: Ability to think strategically while effectively managing operational demands.
Stakeholder Management & Influence: Strong skills in consultation, negotiation, and influencing at all levels.
Human-Centred & Innovative Design: Proven experience in applying human-centred design principles to learning solutions.
Leadership & Project Management: Excellent ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely and impactful delivery, as well as leading your team to create impactful and fit-for-purpose solutions.
