Finishing Foreman

Design & Build is working with leading developer builder. The successful applicant will be the first or two finishing foreman on this project that is coming out of the ground. This is a growth position, and you will be joining a terrific Project Manager, Site Manager, and Structural Foreman.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with existing delivery team
  • Scheduling and management of subcontractors
  • Potential to work on all aspects of facade, joinery, other finishes and defects.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans
  • Understanding and adhering to OHS and Building standards
  • Daily site reporting Project Team

Requirements

  • Recent experience working on high-rise residential build projects $30M+
  • Experienced finishing foreman with 2+ projects completed
  • Trade background ideal
  • QBCC licence is an advantage
