Finishing Foreman

Design & Build is working with a very well established tier 2 developer builder. I am looking for 4 finishing foreman to form part of a cohesive team. The applicants will work on an extremely high-end residential build project in Brisbane's CBD. Monday to Friday work, with the occasional Saturday - one per month at the most.

Our client has a well-established and supportive senior leadership team, that maintain a hands on and supportive leadership style. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and management of subcontractors
  • All facets of Quality Assurance, including defect identification
  • Ability to read and interpret plans
  • Understanding and adhering to OHS and Building standards
  • Work well with you finishing team.

Requirements

  • Recent experience working on high end residential projects $20M+
  • Carpentry or Fitout background ideal
  • Previous experience working for a Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 builder
  • Ability to plan, manage and sequence finishes subcontractors
  • High level attention to detail
  • Will have worked as a Finishes Foreman on several apartment projects
  • QBCC licence is an advantage
