Overview

Finishing Foreman role at Design Build. This is a growth position on a project coming out of the ground. You will be joining a Project Manager, Site Manager, and Structural Foreman. The client has a well-established and supportive senior leadership team, with a hands-on leadership style and a workplace culture that differentiates itself.


Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the existing delivery team
  • Scheduling and management of subcontractors
  • Potential to work on all aspects of facade, joinery, finishes and defects
  • Ability to read and interpret plans
  • Understanding and adhering to OHS and Building standards
  • Daily site reporting to the Project Team

Requirements
  • Recent experience working on high-rise residential build projects $30M+
  • Experienced finishing foreman with 2+ projects completed
  • Trade background ideal
  • QBCC licence is an advantage
