SEEKING EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGERS (multiple roles - due to expansion)

Kerr Engineering is a large engineering company specialising in steel fabrication and general engineering. Kerr Engineering is a growing company with an excellent reputation for quality, reliability, efficiency and workmanship.


The Opportunity

Kerr Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a motivated PROJECT MANAGER/s who wants to join a highly motivated team of project managers based on our office in Henderson.

You will find yourself working within an experienced, energetic, and collaborative team environment, with a great focus on stability, and career development.

You must have an exceptional level of attention to detail, general office administration skills, hardworking, work well in a team environment with a "Can Do" attitude, and more importantly have an appropriate trade certificate or engineering background would be advantageous.

Candidate requirements:


•Experience in engineering solutions, Problem solving.


•Must have project estimating / quoting experience


•A strong technical aptitude: Including materials, welding & engineering drawings.


•An understanding of the mining & minerals processing industry would be an advantage.


•Flexible, self-motivated with demonstrated initiative.


•Strong communication skills

The Role:


•Manage and grow project accounts and build customer relations.


•Produce quotations for submission to clients.


•Understand customer requirements and offer them the most suitable solutions. Based on specifications, cost and availability.


•Full involvement throughout the manufacturing process.

This is a salary position and hours are as required to meet work load. Salary is negotiated based on experience and ability. Immediate start available, would best suit candidates situated south of the river.
