We present a full time opportunity to join a plastic surgery practice located primarily in Essendon as a specialist medical receptionist. The role will support experienced plastic surgeons and staff to perform all plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgery procedures including facial rejuvenation, breast and weight loss surgery, injectable and dermal treatments.

Driven, experienced candidates with competence in specialist surgical practice administration will be suitable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong background in all aspects of surgical practice administration including confidence in a front facing reception role, ability to answer a high volume of telephone calls and excellent customer service. Attention to detail, personal grooming, excellent communication skills and a collegiate manner are essential.

Qualifications such as the Diploma III in business medical administration and/or nursing or dermal/beauty therapy will be considered favourably. Previous experience with the use of clinic or practice software (including Genie) is essential.

The practice operates during routine business hours and provides on site parking for staff.

Whilst primarily based in Essendon, some travel to the Kew practice will be required so you will require access to a car and a valid Driver's License.

This role in an established practice seeks to provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to flourish in a well supported, collaborative team environment.
