Role Description (Medical Receptionist)

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist, located in Melbourne, VIC. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for appointment scheduling, answering phones, performing receptionist duties, and managing medical office tasks. Daily tasks include greeting patients, handling patient inquiries, processing paperwork, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Role Description (Div 1 RN)

This is a part-time on-site role for a Div 1 RN, located in Melbourne, VIC. The Div 1 RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, administering iv infusions, learning and performing liver scans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Daily tasks include patient assessments, referral triaging, patient education, and assisting with booking procedures.

Qualifications (Medical Receptionist)

  • Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties skills
  • specialist rooms experience essential
  • excellent usebif gwnie software essential
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette
  • Familiarity with Medical Terminology and Medical Office tasks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a specialist healthcare environment is paramount
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications (Div 1 RN)

  • Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA registration
  • excellent iv cannulation
  • experience with vitamin infusions and iron infusions
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge
  • Experience in gastroenterology or related fields is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care
  • CPR certification
