About The Role
We're looking for a
Technical Specialist – Fixed Network Experience
to drive world-class customer experience across our Fixed Network portfolio. In this role, you'll bridge business and network domains — ensuring exceptional broadband performance, competitive positioning, and seamless delivery for our customers.

You'll analyse complex datasets, lead performance improvement programs, and work closely with internal and external partners to maintain leadership in broadband speed and reliability metrics. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where technical depth meets strategic influence.

What You'll Do

  • Lead initiatives to improve broadband performance and customer experience.
  • Drive leadership in national broadband performance metrics.
  • Support and optimise NBN capacity management (CVC) within targets and budgets.
  • Oversee QA and performance of new network elements and upgrades.
  • Leverage data science and analytics to identify and resolve network performance issues.
  • Collaborate across business and network teams to ensure strategic alignment and delivery.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Networks, IT, Data Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years' experience in telecommunications, with strong technical understanding of IP, data, transmission, and voice.
  • Proven expertise in performance management, network analytics, and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar analytical tools.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
