What You'll Do
The Ecom Production Coordinator role is an exciting entry level opportunity for a driven and service-minded junior candidate that brings some work experience in production or studio environments and is keen to get a foot in the door in the advertising and content production industry, learn on the job and begin their career in production.

As an entry level crafter in our Content Studios team, the role contributes to the successful day-to-day running of our Ecom studio production workstreams in all aspects, associated administrative duties and production coordination tasks, supporting our Ecom Studio specialists (managers, photographers, retouchers, stylists) to execute their solutions that deliver above and beyond, adding real value to our client partners.

As an Ecom Production Coordinator, you are responsible for admin support for the Studio Manager, Producers and other coordinators. Responsibilities include checking people into studio, developing call sheets, managing the receipt, tagging and storage of samples (clothing to toys to homewares), arranging catering for productions, assisting with financial administration and . You may be assisting in the distribution and handling of contracts, call sheets, briefs & agreements on behalf of senior team members, ensuring all is stored on our server and support our Production team with resourcing when required.

You are comfortable working at pace, ensuring you mitigate potential risks to delivery and smash deadlines beyond the agreed SLAs. You support our Studio specialists to ensure their projects are thoroughly mapped, have clear schedules, are profitable and the quality of output is always high.

Please note – you will be required to be onsite in our Artarmon-based studio 5 days a week.

About You

  • You have some prior work experience, ideally in a customer service or retail role.
  • You have a desire to start a career in advertising and content production.
  • You are hungry to grow your knowledge in all forms of content creation – be it motion, social, OOH, digital or experiential – and understand specification requirements and distribution methods.
  • You are proficient in Google Suite and MS Office, and able to help manage spreadsheets, schedules and data.
  • You have excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritise simultaneous demands and adapt and respond appropriately.
  • You demonstrate top coordination skills and an acute attention to detail.
  • You're a peacemaker, calm and collected at all times, and forever solutions focused.
  • You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and chip in when and where needed – no task is too small or too big for you.
  • You are a confident communicator, filled with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.
