SENIOR ASSOCIATE TAX BUSINESS SERVICES - GOLD COAST – WELL-ESTABLISHED FIRM - $180K PCKG (JOB ID 706)
Lead and support complex tax and advisory work? Mentor managers and guide client strategy? Join a well-established firm with strong growth and training?Our client is a long-established and highly respected accounting firm based on the Gold Coast, known for its strong client relationships, collaborative culture and focus on complex business advisory.
They are currently seeking a Senior Associate – Tax & Business Services to support their Managers across multiple client portfolios, focusing on high-level compliance, advisory and team mentoring.
Key responsibilities include reviewing client work, assisting with complex tax matters, onboarding and advising new clients, supporting referral network relationships and leading restructure/advisory projects.
The role is also part of the firm's leadership team, contributing to mentoring and technical training across the business.
They are looking for a technically strong and people-focused professional with 5+ years of Australian public practice experience, CA/CPA qualification, and a track record in managing complex clients and mentoring staff.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, leadership potential and a strong desire to contribute to a team-driven firm with high standards and a supportive culture.
