About the Role
You'll manage a diverse client portfolio and play a key role in delivering high-quality accounting and tax services. This position suits a confident communicator who enjoys building strong client relationships and managing small business groups.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client relationships — advising confidently over the phone and face-to-face
- Overseeing accounting and tax work for small groups (companies, trusts, partnerships)
- Delegating or reviewing work prepared by an offshore accounting team (3 accountants in the Philippines)
- Preparing or reviewing CGT, FBT, small business concessions, tax planning and special purpose financials
- Experience or knowledge in SMSFs highly regarded
About You
- CA or CPA qualified (or close to completion)
- Solid experience in Business Services and Tax
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to review and manage workflow efficiently
